The Collaboration Exhibit was designed to encourage artists to work together to create an art piece representative of their joint efforts. The aim of the exhibition is to enable artists to share ideas, points of views, and to create something that may abandon rules that guide the individual efforts. Paintings, ceramic and other mediums will offer the visitor new experiences in the value of cooperative endeavors. The exhibition will continue through March 21, 2020.

“ART ON THE VINE” (our annual fundraiser) will be held Saturday, April 18, 2020, 6-9:00 PM
The theme this year is Toulouse-Lautrec at the Moulin Rouge. Come with us to Paris!!!
The committee has met and made plans that include food tables, paired wines, live music, a photo booth, a caricaturist, a papier mache trapeze artist and much more.
The traditional favor of a hand painted wine glass will require several volunteers. We plan to meet every Thursday in February, 1:00 – 8:00. Consider joining this group and take a part in raising funds for Greensburg Art Center.
Another tradition is the SILENT AUCTION. This is your opportunity to make a piece of your work available to the community. Save a piece for this worthy cause. We will collect that work in April.

MONITORS volunteer for 3-hour shifts. They are trained by experienced monitors. A packet of info on duties and procedures are given to you. A MONITOR REWARDS PROGRAM in place enables you to earn points based on the number of shifts you take. These points translate into discounts that can be applied to your tuition for classes and workshops–NOT to items in the gift shop. Points and percentages are compiled once every four months. Four shifts equal a 10% discount. Monitor more often, and your discount increases. Go to greensburgartcenter.org and click on the “welcome” printed in white letters under the paint tubes.
